• There is no membership; you need not provide any personal information to browse.
• Personal data is collected only when you complete the application form.
• No payments are taken on the site; no card or bank details are ever processed.
• Your data is never sold or rented or shared for marketing.
• No advertising or profiling cookies are used.
• Children’s data is processed only with parental consent.

What We Collect

Through the application form: team name, contact person’s name, email, phone, city, age category, squad size, player birth year, accommodation request and your message. For security we also record the IP address and browser information of the submission.

What Is Published on the Site

Results, fixtures, standings, team names, player names and match statistics are published. Addresses, phone numbers, email addresses and identity numbers are never published.

How We Protect Your Data

• All traffic is encrypted with SSL/TLS (https).
• Admin passwords are stored irreversibly hashed.
• Unauthorised admin login attempts are automatically rate limited.
• The database is backed up nightly to a restricted directory.
• Application code and configuration live outside the web root.

Retention

Rejected applications 1 year; accepted applications 10 years from the end of the tournament; security logs at most 12 months. Results remain indefinitely as a sporting archive.

Your Rights

You may access, correct, request erasure of and object to the processing of your data. Contact info@fourfourtwocup.com — answered within 30 days.
