1. Purpose

This site is published by Climaks Grup Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti. for informational purposes about the football tournaments it organises. There is no membership system and no payment is taken on the site. The application form is a preliminary application only and does not by itself grant a right to participate.

2. Accuracy of Content

Fixtures, times, pitches, standings and awards may change during a tournament. While information is kept up to date with care, no liability is accepted for damages arising from out-of-date content. Information sent in writing by email to the team representative prevails.

3. Intellectual Property

Text, images, logos, crests, design and software on this site belong to Climaks Grup Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti. or the respective rights holders. Non-commercial quotation with attribution is permitted; other copying, reproduction or distribution requires permission. Team logos belong to the respective clubs.

4. User Responsibilities

Information entered in the application form must be true, current and complete.
No attempt may be made to disrupt, overload or compromise the site.
Applications may not be submitted on someone else’s behalf without their permission.
